Mr. Schwin conducted a thorough investigation into the allegations of disability discrimination and obtained numerous statements from co-workers establishing the allegations made by the employee had no merit. The results of the investigation were submitted to the EEOC, along with a lengthy analysis of the case. The EEOC determined that there was no evidence of discrimination and dismissed the case. |
