Steven R. Mortimer graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Law. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a member of the Central Valley Collaborative Law Affiliates.

Mr. Mortimer enjoys hunting, cross country skiing and traveling in his free time. He is also a licensed pilot and a member of the Madera Flight Club.
